During a carnival parade in Haiti there was an accident causing 16 people to die. The deaths of these people was caused by a electrical shock on one of the floats, said government officials. The accident happened on Tuesday at 2:48 eastern time, after the accident about eighty seven others were injured. A video someone took of the accident seems to show a electrical wire striking a man atop of one of the floats. This accident happened only hours into fat Tuesday. The accident was very tragic and its said to see people die but its fat Tuesday people are going crazy and celebrating. With all this camotion an accident is waiting to happen. I don't really know what they mean by "electrical wire" but I think they should be more various duringbthese events so things like death don't occurs.
