As Niko said in the quote above, everybody needs a little madness. If people don't have "madness", or in other words, their own personality, we would all be the same. Being the same person is implied that we wouldn't be free. Expressing yourself is freedom and madness but in a good way. Be who you are and not what other people want you to be.
